Mental Health Carers
Do you look after a friend or family member with a mental health difficulty? Do you or the person you support live in Harrow? If so, then we have a number or services that may be of benefit to you.
The Mental Health Team are on hand to support you with any one-to-one work that you may need. They can help you navigate and find services for the person you care for, provide information and advice about mental health issues, attend meetings with you or even just have a chat.

Psychological Information Sessions
A series of education workshops to help you learn more about mental health difficulties, peoples experiences with them and what you can do to help.
These courses aim to teach carers coping strategies and boost psychological wellbeing. As well as improve their quality of life and that of the people they support. Click on them to find out more!
